Di dalam museum ini tersimpan  Prasasti Anjuk Ladang yang berisi tentang sejarah Kabupaten Nganjuk.Selain itu juga terdapat beberapa koleksi lainnya seperti guci,mangkuk,genta,wayang kulit,dan lain-lain.

Museum Anjuk Ladang buka pada jam 08.00 s.d 14.00 WIB pada hari Selasa s.d kamis,Sabtu dan hari Minggu.

Di hari Jumat,museum akan di buka pada jam 08.00 s.d 11.00 WIB.Museum Anjuk Ladang libur pada hari Senin.

Setiap Tahun Baru Jawa,air terjun sedudo dipergunakan untuk upacara ritual,hingga sampai sekarang pihak Pemkab Nganjuk secara rutin melaksanakan acara ritual Mandi Sedudo setiap tanggal 1 Suro.
